Fantastic! A great volunteer run local miniature railway with different tracks and multi trains (including steam). Reasonably priced for rides, nice little shop and tea room. A great place to visit with the kids.
What a wonderful experience. Went for my 3.5 year old but adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Set in beautiful grounds and everything about it is heart warming and filled with love as everyone is a volunteer. Huge amounts of fun, can’t wait to go back.
A lovely place to visit. Very affordable and refreshments also available and reasonably priced. Quite busy but thoroughly enjoyed our ride on the Miler route. The queue moved quickly. Another shorter route is available and you can ride both.
So many reasons to go and the people who run it, for free is probably the best one. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely time with our little Grandson and family. It was a very special occasion.
What an awesome place to go with your kids! Highly recommended! Excellent rail track, very creative approach to it all! You won't regret going there.
Great little place with a small shop and café, unfortunately due to covid the cafe is reduced to an open window that you order though. Nice friendly people.
A group of we 3 new dads took our 17 month old children to Mizens. The place was pretty full which should give you an idea of how popular it is. The sun was out and there were plenty of trains running. Because the weather was hot there …
Great place if you want a lovely fun filled morning or afternoon. Be assured kids will be super excited to get on the mini trains and circuit they cover is worth the money. The crew member is a joy to deal with, mostly run by group of senior citizens whose sense of humour is always spot on.
Very festive atmosphere, complete with live band/choir, Santa and gifts for the children....so great time, despite the downpour whilst aboard. But then again, it's England :-)
